VBoard®
VBoard® is a simple products that solves a wide range of packaging challenges.
Made by laminating recycled paperboard into a rigid right-angle shape, VBoard® provides edge protection as well as load containment, stabilization and uniform weight distribution. Available in a wide range of sizes and print options.
Benefits of use include:
- Edge protection - VBoard products have consistently proven their value by preventing costly damage to the edges of stacked products during strapping, handling, transport and storage.
- Stacking Strength - VBoard adds stiffness and support to pallet loads. Periodically, VBoard is tested by qualified independent testing laboratories to compare and/or determine stacking strength of various calipers and leg lengths
- Unitizing/Palletizing - Combined with stretch film, VBoard cuts packaging costs by as much as 49% when compared with conventional methods. This combination increases load uniformity and promotes even weight distribution.
