Impulse sealers require replacement of wear parts over the lifetime of the machine. Impulse sealer repair kits contain the spare parts required to do this.

To replace parts on an impulse sealer, follow these simple instructions:

• Unplug the unit
• Unscrew fixed plate. (in green - 2 philips screw heads)
• Remove teflon strips and heating element.
• Place lower teflon strip, adhesive side down (below in yellow).
• Place heating element, either flat or round (below in red) on top of lower strip.
• Place upper teflon strip on top of heating element (below in blue).
• Screw fixed plate back into place on sealer.
