EcoJacket

Air-Kraft Mailers

An economical method of guarding and containing products that are susceptible to impact and abrasion during transit. They’re commonly used for books, CDs, DVDs and other small, compact items. Air-kraft mailers have a convenient single seal closure with a paper-release liner, which is easy to use and secure. Lined with low-friction, air-cushioned poly, you can achieve quick product insertion and removal. Their surface is exceptionally printable and easy to customize for your business and commercial branding.

Airjacket Bubble Mailers

Super unique. They are a light-weight protective bubble shell made from a durable, moisture resistant, multi-layer blend of co-extruded polyethylene film. The exterior film is laminated to a resilient interior bubble material for effective cushioning protection, and is constructed with a bottom fold and strong side heat seals for superior bursting strength. The bright white exterior film creates the professional image you are looking for and the pressure sensitive self-seal adhesive closure system is very reliable and is tamper-evident. This allows the mailer to be opened more easily by the recipient, but does not compromise the integrity of the mailer or the security of the contents in transit. The Airjacket is 100% recyclable. Bubble Out Bags

Lightweight, clean and flexible, with air cushioning materials offering a smart alternative to loose fill. Air cushioning keeps products of all shapes and sizes securely in place while protecting them from shock, vibration and abrasion. They are ideal for interior packaging applications. They eliminate wrapping or boxing, keeping products visible and reducing overall packaging costs. Bubble Out Bags come in anti-static versions as well, which effectively eliminates the hazard of static damage to sensitive electronic components during packaging, storing and shipping. These are designed for applications where Faraday Cage protection is not required but static control is necessary. As a plus, the product is visible for instant product identification. Additionally, environmentally friendly bags make loading items more efficient than loose fill or wrapping, and the self-seal closure eliminates taping, saving materials and labor.

Padded Kraft Mailers

Thicker and stronger — the most well-constructed all-paper cushioned mailers in the industry. Commonly used for books, CDs, DVDs and other small, compact items. If you’re looking for an all-paper option, this is a superior choice. The macerated padding is recycled, and the envelopes are constructed with fold-over tops and bottoms, which are double-glued, inside and out. PolyLite Mailer

Secure, durable, and cost-effective for shipping. They’re commonly used for documents, books and soft-goods. Features include Silver-Shield™ opaque inner security layer, which keeps contents confidential, and a white outer layer. These are preferred by international courier companies. Three-layer co-extruded polyethylene film is moisture- and puncture-resistant, and provides exceptional tear strength. These mailers feature an adhesive, tamper-evident self-seal closure with poly-release liner.
